The 2011 Relay For Life is in the books, and what an event it was! Thousands of supporters filled Hammes Field at Case High School in Racine for a two day fight against cancer! Misty weather and unseasonably cool temps didn't dampen anyone's spirit, as over $220,000 was raised to help the American Cancer Society fund research and create more birthdays. An unprecedented number of live musical talent participated in addition to SSE's 20-hour MC & DJ duties! Special thanks to Lighthouse Brigade, Mark Harrod, Zumba, Mohr Avenue, Night Wing, Kim Armstrong's 'A Popular Dance', and Jamar "4-0" Jones. Relay is our longest, busiest, and most exhausting show each year...it's also the most emotional, meaningful, and inspirational! We've been trusted with a lot of responsibility at this event for over 10 years, and each time it means more and more to us. Baby Do The Walk...The Walk Of Life!
