2012 Relay For Life...Gone Wild!

The 2012 Relay For Life of Racine was an outstanding success!  Racine’s 19^th Annual Relay changed venues for the first time in its history, as the Racine Zoo welcomed us with perfect weather and spectacular views.  SSE is honored to be Relay’s chosen DJ/MC for the 12^th consecutive year, and in our opinion, it was the best Relay ever!  “Cancer is a Different Kind of Animal” was our theme, as corporate leaders, survivors, caregivers, and a community came together to help create a world with more birthdays.  Special words from Dr. Laura Ulmer, Dr. Michael Mullane, and survivors Elmer Ricchio & Julie Mausing reminded us why we can never stop raising funds and fighting back.  Our celebration was highlighted by another exciting Zumba spectacular, great live music from Mark Paffrath & Katie Lafond, and enthusiastic teams who kept the track full all night long!  Special thanks to Jordana, Todd, Sheri, Pat, Bill, Amy, Mike, and all the committee members who work hard all year to make the Relay For Life of Racine a great success.  Over $214,000 was raised with our efforts!  Celebrate. Remember. Fight Back. Walk On!
