All Betz On Johnson!

It was a warm and sunny Saturday in Lake Geneva, and SSE was in town to celebrate with another happy couple!  Alan & Meredith had an amazing support crew to help them plan their day, and make sure everything was in place for an unforgettable wedding celebration.  Although the temperatures were quite warm for the outdoor ceremony, the patio at Horticultural Hall was absolutely beautiful, as well the musical accompaniment from Ben.  Uncle Dennis led the personal and touching ceremony, and did a memorable job!  Following cocktails on the porch, guests made their way into the main hall to enjoy the air conditioning, a delicious dinner, and lovely speeches from the wedding party.  We moved some furniture after the meal and opened up the dance floor for a night full of fun!  Big thanks to Paige, the wedding party, the parents, and everyone who made us feel so welcome.  Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. J.!

Family Assembly Meeting!

With over 100 years of history to celebrate, Ideal Industries and their family of employees gathered for a night of fun and fellowship!  The Racine Civic Center was decked out beautifully for this special outdoor event.  Although a strong summer storm swept through the area during our cocktail hour, guests were safe and sound inside Festival Hall as the weather passed overhead.  We resumed quickly, and everything turned out spectacular!   Guests enjoyed delicious dining stations from Gooseberries, fun in the photo booth, and plenty of great tunes out on the dance floor.  Big thanks to Connie, Mary, Rebecca, Ricki, Mike, and everyone who worked hard behind the scenes to execute such an awesome night of fun.  Congrats to Ideal Industries!

Oh Happy Day!

The Covenant at Murray Mansion in Racine was radiant for Peter & Jill’s wedding day!  A talented string quartet filled the air with music for the bride and groom’s lovely ceremony.  Following the nuptials, guests made their way into Murray Mansion for cocktails and fellowship.  When they returned for dinner, the Covenant was accented by purple SSE uplighting, and the beautiful floral arrangements from Buttercup Bouquets!  A delicious plated dinner was enjoyed by all, and we kicked up our heels on the dance floor and celebrated all night long!  Special thanks to our friends at Culinary Infusion, and everyone who traveled from Oregon to share in this special day.  Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. A.!

Wedding Bells For The Weddels!

Lake Geneva was hopping for Kyle & Emily’s lovely wedding celebration!  Hawks View Golf Club was the setting for this outstanding event.  Although the forecast called for showers, the weather held out and guests enjoyed cocktails under the covered patio.  The super-sized wedding party kicked off the evening with our grand march introductions, and we enjoyed hearing special words from family members, as well as the best man and maid of honor.  The dance floor was packed from beginning to end – what an awesome night!  Big thanks to Becky, Dave, Renee & the crew at Hawk’s View Golf Club, and to Shannon Z Photography.  It was an unexpected treat to work together again!  Big congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. W.!

Just Meyered!

SSE was honored to celebrate with the Meyer and Mack families at The Covenant at Murray Mansion!  This epic weekend kicked off on Friday afternoon with a lovely ceremony rehearsal on the front lawn of Murray Mansion.  On Saturday, we set up early in the day and made sure all the preparations were finalized for the big celebration.  The weather was absolutely perfect, and the first outdoor wedding ceremony at this historic venue went off without a hitch!  Following the vows, guests made their way inside for fellowship and cocktails.  Before long, it was time to kick off the evening with a customized grand march – the excited wedding party set the tone for the entire evening!  It was no surprise to see the dance floor filled all evening long, as Joel & Jackie’s request list was absolutely awesome!  Big thanks to DJ Maddie, and the entire Culinary Infusion family for their warmth and hospitality.  Big congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Meyer!
