It was a second-generation SSE celebration for the ages! Several years ago, we had the privilege of performing for our good friends Kevin and Emily at their wedding reception in Racine. Fast forward years later, and it was time for their daughter Isabelle and new son-in-law Elias to take their step into marriage as well! Circa on Seventh in downtown Kenosha was the site for the beautiful ceremony and rocking reception! With the unmistakable sounds of bagpipes filling the air, Isabelle descended the staircase to greet her mom and dad and meet her groom at the altar. Dave Nelson did a fantastic job officiating - with a personalized message for the happy couple - as well as the ancient tradition of Scottish handfasting. Guests took advantage of photo opportunities during cocktail hour, as the staff at Circa on Seventh prepared the dining room for the feast to come. The Best Man, Father of the Bride, and Grandfather of the Bride treated us to some great speeches during dinner service. Guests stayed fueled up all night long with a donut desert bar, and a late night snack of soft pretzels. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last – this crew tore the house down! Special thanks to the Bridleman and Clark families, as well as Kelsey B., Kelsey T., Steve, and everyone who worked so hard on this unforgettable night. Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. C.!
