Upper East in Downtown Kenosha was the site of Keith & Billy’s outstanding wedding ceremony and reception! Guests came from across the country to give their best wishes and enjoy an entire weekend of fun! Victor did an amazing job as officiant, giving a heartfelt testimonial on Keith & Billy’s 11-year journey together. Following the vows, guests explored the downtown area, while the crew at Upper East prepared for the celebration to come! Our grooms received an amazing standing ovation during the grand march introductions, and our Best Women kicked things off with two unforgettable toasts. The dance floor was hopping all night long – we shook the roof from the first song to the last!
