Happily Ever Laughter!

There was magic in the air at Roma Lodge in Racine for Cody and Haley’s amazing wedding celebration!  SSE was not only thrilled to provide music and entertainment, but we also had the honor of officiating the wedding ceremony as well.  Our newlyweds did a fantastic job describing their unique love story which we helped tell throughout the service.  Cody and Haley’s passion for Disney, Star Wars, and Legos was celebrated with so many special touches throughout the venue!  Alberto and the pros from A Photo Illusion were on hand to capture all the moments and memories, including an epic lightsaber introduction! It was a thrill catching up with old friends and making new ones along the way.  Big thanks to Terri and the family for their warmth and hospitality, and to Briana and her staff at Roma Lodge for another memorable evening!  Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. McGovern!

No One Like You!

The Bucyrus Club and Event Center in South Milwaukee was the location of Amy and Joshua’s wedding ceremony and celebration!  The décor was on point throughout the entire space, with dark, rich tones and plenty of atmosphere to spare.  Following the outdoor ceremony, we moved inside for an upbeat cocktail hour with delicious appetizers.  We especially enjoyed Amy and Josh’s request list, with classic rock and 80’s power ballads in the air during cocktails and dinner.  With plenty of glow sticks and light-up sunglasses on hand, the dance floor was filled energy and excitement all night long!  Special thanks to our friends at Lichter Photography, the excellent event team at Bucyrus Club, and everyone who came out to give their best wishes to the new Mr. & Mrs. Behrens!

All I've Ever Known!

The Covenant at Murray Mansion was the location of Katie and Emily’s epic wedding ceremony and celebration!  We had the pleasure of meeting Katie and Emily at Culinary Infusion’s special menu tasting earlier in the year, and we’ve been counting down the days ever since!  Officiant Karl Nika did a lovely job leading the service, with Jordan Dubberke sharing special readings as well.  The entrance of the wedding party and both brides did not disappoint – it was one unforgettable moment after the other!  Morgan Photo Co. documented the day, including a vintage cocktail hour in Murray Mansion.  The toasts from Jim, Mark, and Heather before dinner were so sweet, with plenty of laughs and many happy tears.  After a delicious feast, speeches from the Maids of Honor led perfectly into the first dances of the evening.  Katie and Emily provided an amazing request list, their attention to detail was outstanding and the results showed all night long!  We were excited to pack the dance floor from beginning to end, and will never forget this amazing evening.  Big thanks to Hannah, Keith, Heather, Karis, Hanni, the entire team at The Covenant, and everyone who came out to celebrate with the new Mrs. & Mrs. Goldbranson!

I’d Do Anything!

It was a beautiful fall wedding celebration with Andrea and Alex at The Stella Hotel & Ballroom in downtown Kenosha!  Rev. John Anderson led the ceremony which was accompanied by live music from Memorable Music Ensembles.  Following the vows and blessing, Maid of Honor Jeni helped conclude the service with her own musical blessing before we sent the newlyweds back down the aisle.  Andrew Meier Photography was on hand to capture all the special moments and memories – the weather was absolutely perfect for plenty of artistic outdoor shots!  Guests returned to the ballroom to continue in the festivities with fellowship during cocktail hour followed by a delicious buffet-style dinner.  We heard words from our family and wedding party before continuing with our first dances and the rest of our celebration!  We’d like to give a special thanks to our good friend Kelsey who worked hard behind-the-scenes all day long.  It was a real treat to team up again, everything came together perfectly for the happy couple!  Big congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Alex and Andrea Schenk! 

Love Me Like You Do!

Kevin and Mandy exchanged vows and celebrated their wedding at Roma Lodge in Racine, and SSE was there for all the excitement!  We arrived early to prepare for their indoor ceremony.  Unexpected afternoon rain showers didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits, as guests settled in for the touching service.  After our bride and groom made their promises, everyone enjoyed drinks and conversation before transitioning to our grand march introductions and a delicious dinner. Best Man Ben and Matron of Honor Shana did a great job with their speeches and toasts, and before long it was time to fill up the dance floor!  The customized glow sticks were a big hit, and the energy level in the room was off the charts from the first dance to the last.  Thanks to Briana and the entire event team at Roma Lodge, and everyone who came to celebrate with Kevin and Mandy.  Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Moreno!
