It was a historic February wedding celebration that we’ll never forget! SSE was thrilled to celebrate the marriage of Chelsea and Eli at The DeKoven center on the shores of Lake Michigan in Racine. We not only had the pleasure of providing entertainment for the reception, but also the honor of officiating the ceremony as well. The rehearsal on Friday afternoon went very smoothly and helped to answer any final questions from our awesome wedding party. There wasn’t a dry eye in St. John’s Chapel when Chelsea and her dad made their way down the aisle – what a moment! Following the service, guests made their way to the Great Hall while the family took pictures with Northern Roots Portraits. The introduction of the newlyweds kicked off the next phase of the celebration and the delicious dinner prepared by Corey and the team from Catering by Chef John and the Red Onion Cafe. First dances were memorable and heartfelt, including an anniversary dance and special words from Chelsea and Eli. We gathered everyone for a huge group picture before opening up the dance floor and letting loose! Big thanks to the staff at The DeKoven Center, Kim & Tim, Dawn & Gary, and the entire wedding party for being so warm and welcoming. Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Dzurino!
